A free SEO research tool that gives Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients real SEO data through the Model Context Protocol, using Ahrefs free tools as the source. Instead of dashboards or CSV exports, you ask in plain English, for example who links to a domain, and the matching tool answers. The tools include a backlink list, a keyword generator, keyword difficulty, traffic estimates for a domain or URL, backlink opportunities that show sources linking to competitors but not you, and a content brief tool that combines SERP data with AI-assisted angles. An AI search queries tool plans queries through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. A CAPTCHA provider is needed for the Ahrefs lookups, and configuration is by environment variables, with setup notes for Claude Desktop and Cursor. Maintained by Ege Bese and open source.
