OpenSEO

An open source alternative to Semrush and Ahrefs that you can host yourself. The main workflows are keyword research, rank tracking, competitor insights, backlinks, site audits and AI visibility. You bring your own data provider key and pay only for what you use, or deploy it to your own Cloudflare account, which works on the free plan. A hosted version is also offered for people who would rather not run it. OpenSEO exposes an MCP server, so agents such as Claude Code, OpenClaw and Hermes can work with your SEO data directly, and it ships Agent Skills that walk an agent through common SEO tasks. The code is MIT licensed and written in TypeScript, and you can fork it and build your own custom tool on top. It also lists Google Search Console MCP among its topics.
