About prerender_rails
A Rails middleware gem that prerenders JavaScript-rendered pages on the fly for SEO. Google, Facebook, Twitter and Bing all try to view your pages, yet Google is the only crawler that executes a meaningful amount of JavaScript. The middleware intercepts requests from crawlers and serves them the full rendered HTML, so they never have to run JavaScript, which avoids indexation problems on pages built with Angular, React, Vue or other frameworks. Options include whitelist and blacklist rules, before and after render hooks, building the Rack response from the prerender result, protocol settings and caching, and you can point it at your own prerender service. MIT licensed. Prerender is described as a good fit for Angular SEO, React SEO and Vue SEO. The documentation includes a testing section and license notes.
