About vercel-seo-audit
A command line audit for Next.js sites on Vercel that shows pages the way Googlebot sees them, working from what the deployed pages actually send back. Two checks are said to be missing from other SEO audit tools: preview deployments left indexable, and streamed metadata that a crawler without JavaScript never sees, which leaves no title, description or canonical. It also covers robots.txt blocking Googlebot, a sitemap directive pointing at the wrong URL, redirects and the audited page itself. Results can be limited to some modules, ignored by finding, or set in a config file. It installs as an agent skill for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and similar agents, and also exports the audit as a library function for other tools. Written in TypeScript under the MIT license.
